Shipping information

We deliver worldwide and offer different shipping options to meet your needs.

In order to ensure you a hassle free shopping experience, for selected countries, we are now including the Customs Duties in the final prices without any price change. No more unexpected charges upon delivery, only delight and ease at your doorstep!

Shipping methods and costs

To offer you the best service and ensure fast worldwide deliveries we have chosen Aramex for shipments in Egypt and international shipments.

For most deliveries within Cairo and Giza, we also offer same-day or next-day service via our in-house couriers.

Shipping rates vary based on shipment type, destination and your rate will be automatically calculated at checkout.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours (orders accepted before 12:00 am CET will be dispatched the same day). Estimated delivery times are to be used only as a reference, will commence from the date of dispatch and we are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available only in the MENA Region.

Important Delivery Information

We recommend that you consider the following information:

- All orders require a signature upon receipt,

- Please ensure the phone number provided is correct and reachable, preferably with WhatsApp enabled, to facilitate smooth communication.

- We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can sign for your order at the specified shipping address,

- Aramex does not deliver to P.O. Boxes or use General Delivery,

  • If Aramex does not find anyone at the indicated address, it will try to deliver the package two more times and call you 8 times.

When do we deliver?

Our Online Store ships worldwide with Aramex, delivering 9am-7pm, Sunday to Sunday.

There may be some delays on festive or pre-festive days.

Tracking your Order

You can check the current status of your shipment by signing into your account and visiting the 'Orders' section or checking your email as well as Whatsapp 1-2 days after order has been placed.
