Return & Exchange Policy

At Kin Suki, every piece is handled with the utmost care - each item is fragile and packaged securely to ensure it arrives safely. Because of this, we kindly ask customers to place orders only when they're confident in their selections.

Our website offers detailed images and descriptions to help you make an informed choice before purchasing. Please bear in mind that the actual color of our products may be slightly different from the one you see online due to the monitor's display. We have made every effort to display, as accurately as possible, the colors of our products that appear on kin-suki.com. However, as the colors depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be completely accurate.

If you receive a piece with a significant that you feel affects its appearance, you may return it for a refund. Please note: we do not offer replacements for items returned due to surface scratches.

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, please note the following:

  • The item must be returned within 48 hours of delivery.
  • It must be in its original packaging and condition - including all protective materials, fillers and wrapping used for shipping.
  • If the item is returned without proper packaging or is not packed the same way it was received, we won't be able to issue a refund, as this puts the item at high risk of damage during transit.
  • Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We appreciate your understanding - these policies help us protect our delicate pieces and ensure every Kin Suki creation reaches its new home in perfect condition.

Surface Marks & Scratches

Our porcelain pieces are handcrafted and kiln-fired, and because of the nature of the material, very light surface scratches or micro-marks may rarely appear. These do not affect the quality, durability, or the integrity of the glaze and are considered completely normal in premium porcelain.

Glass Items

Due to the fragile nature of glass items, returns are not acceptable.

Wabi Sabi:

Please note that all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for any items in this collection. Each piece is unique and may feature imperfections that enhance its charm. Please note that wabi sabi items do not get shipped in our signature kin suki packaging
